ME.
I’m a 40 year old infantry veteran of 3 tours in Afghanistan I’ve had my fair share of coping issues which I’ve helped by a fitness and family orientated lifestyle and a bloody good wife. Raced road cycling in time trials and hill climbs. Love getting out in the hills on foot with living in the peaks so close too kinder scout etc it’s a must when you’re blessed with that on your doorstep. Still enjoy shooting with my son. I also run and enjoy kickboxing with my son, I have two dogs which keep me sane 😂
WHAT DO I WANT TO ACHIEVE?
Have a proper go at kick boxing and do a fight. Hopefully aiming too save up too do a freefall course.Biggest achievement is I want too see my son grow up and be the man I hope he will and that he maintains the standards and beliefs he has from me as he has a big heart I love him very much.
WHAT CHANGES AM I MAKING?
The changes I am making is too be lots more positive myself and too start too help others struggling like I have by teaching them and helping them adapt and overcome from the things I’ve learnt from my mistakes after becoming a civilian.
MY PLAN FOR 2019 AND BEYOND.
Do fan dance series. Have a proper kick boxing bout. Improve on myself as there’s always room too improve.
MY PERSONAL PROMISE.
I promise I will aim too achieve being a more mentally strong person again after suffering mentally and to see my son be a positive strong kind person like he is doing and behold the values we have as a family.
