ME.
I have been involved on and off with endurance events since 2017, I have previous experience of tabbing and night navigation in a previous life so this is a case of prior knowledge fitting in with my current mindset and lifestyle. It also helps maintain my fitness for my employment role in which I do an advanced bleep test.
WHAT DO I WANT TO ACHIEVE?
Build on knowledge base and improve fitness on the hills, train and associate with like minded people and help people where I can. In other words not only be a black sheep but be the alpha. I am in a leadership role and is developing mindset.
WHAT CHANGES AM I MAKING?
Increased fitness, setting goals and hitting the goals I set for myself during lockdown. Completed marathons, half marathons, ultra 100km. Will working around injuries.
MY PLAN FOR 2020 AND BEYOND.
I am hitting my targets at the moment achieving good marathon times. I have an ultra marathon coming up, to keep improving.
MY PERSONAL PROMISE.
I promise I will continue along the golden road, setting and achieving targets.
