ME.
I'm a Physics teacher at a 6th form college with a young family. Despite being busy, I've trained and completed many 10K races over the last 10 years as well as the 2019 and 2020 PARAS 10 miler and the 2019 Fan Dance.
WHAT DO I WANT TO ACHIEVE?
Lately, I've lost some of my mojo for getting out and keeping fit. I'd like to get back to a decent level of fitness with the aim of eventually completing a marathon.
WHAT CHANGES AM I MAKING?
Get out for at least one 10K run each week and one hour of calisthenics training each week. Include running with weight to improve tabbing and race times.
MY PLAN FOR 2020 AND BEYOND.
Complete a marathon. Achieve faster times in the PARAS 10 and Fan Dance. Achieve faster times in 10K races.
MY PERSONAL PROMISE.
I promise to be consistent. I will get out there more often, with weight, and keep going no matter how tough and I will get quicker - it will happen! The only thing stopping me, is me.
