ME.
I was quite fit until about 35 then had keyhole surgery on my knees twice, and then I could not run, I come from a military family background, I don't give up at all but I do need pushing and probably encouragement to do things.
WHAT DO I WANT TO ACHIEVE?
To be as fit as I can at my age, mentally I am strong even though PTSD does not help, but physically.
I'm lagging behind so probably I want to balance the 2 out. Physically and mentally in tune with myself.

I have started tabbing and bike riding.
