Ex serviceman, been out for a while and focusing on being the best dad and husband I can be. Desperate to get back to a high level of fitness by running and most recently taking up rugby and the older age of 37!
WHAT DO I WANT TO ACHIEVE?
I want to regain a high level of fitness. I have ran a few marathons and a lot of half’s but want to eventually do New York with a sub 3:30 time.
WHAT CHANGES AM I MAKING?
Eat less of my favourite foods (all the bad things) train harder (as in train……then push it).
MY PLAN FOR 2018 AND BEYOND. No real plan, just get the miles in. Would like to get at least 500 in over 2019.

Wind, rain, dark sky’s or a mix of all I will get out with my little buddy Molly the dog.
